Refund policy

Monthly plans

You can cancel a monthly plan at any time in Account. It keeps working to the end of the month you have paid for and is not renewed.

When we refund

• If you were charged twice, or charged after you cancelled, we refund the extra charge.
• If the service does not work as described and we cannot fix it, we refund the payment for that month.
• We do not refund part of a month after you cancel, unused papers or downloads, or a change of mind.
• This does not take away any right you have under consumer law, in Malaysia or where you live.

Failed payments

If a renewal payment fails, the plan stops at once and your saved papers are locked until the payment goes through. Nothing is deleted, and there is nothing to refund.

Referral earnings

When a payment is refunded, any referral earnings from that payment are reversed.

How to ask

Write to support@stemexambuilder.com from the email address on your account, with the date of the payment. Refunds go back to the original payment method through Stripe.
